Rupert Robson was appointed Non-Executive Chairman in 2007. Previously he was Managing Director, Global Head, Financial Institutions Group, Corporate, Investment Banking and Markets at HSBC plc, having been Managing Director, Head of European Insurance, Investment Banking at Citigroup Global Markets. 

He is currently a Non Executive Director of OJSC Nomos Bank, and a Non Executive Director of Tullett Prebon plc. He has also been Non Executive Director of Tenet Group Limited and of London Metal Exchange Holdings Limited. He was appointed to the board on 1 November 2007.

Rupert is a member of the Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee.
